We are not responsible for errors in spelling, design, or layout once approved.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT

Payment must be made in full before production begins.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the custom nature of our products, items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may request photographic evidence before issuing a replacement or refund.
